Here is a breakdown of what to expect if you're attending this weekend. If you can not attend, please read anyway for important donation opportunities.

WHEN:
- Saturday, October 19, 2002

TIME:
- 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

WHERE:
- Christus Victor Lutheran Church in Apple Valley (see directions below)

DRESS:
- In the spirit of the season, door prizes will be given to anyone in costume.
- If you are not wearing a costume, Business Casual is the attire

FOOD:
- Appetizers and Deserts will be available

BEVERAGES:
- Soda and water will be provided

TABLES:
- Tables are reserved. If you pay at the door or reserve individual tickets, the theatre will assign your table to you.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- We have about two hours of songs and spoken-word pieces prepared for your enjoyment. The format is a bit more relaxed with an Emcee introducing each number.

SILENT AUCTION:
- Nearly 40 items will be available for you to "bid" on during the evening. Bidding begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. and continues until 2 minutes before the beginning of Act II.
- Last year's auction had everything from original artwork to a weekend of pet-sitting to a wooden chess set. So come prepared to bid.
- Checks & Cash will be accepted.
- You may pick up your winning bids at the conclusion of the evening (approximately 10:00 p.m.)

- We have already had quite a bit of interest from people who can not attend, but would still like to help with a monetary donation. Please send checks to the company:

- Names of the silent auction winners, table & half-table sponsors, and donations received by November 2, 2002 will be printed in our next newsletter. (Scheduled to be mailed November 4, 2001)

PERFORMERS:
- With the relaxed format, performers are encouraged to enjoy the food and beverages. Please also feel free to bid on Silent Auction Items.

DIRECTIONS:
- Christus Victor Lutheran Church, Palomino Drive & Cedar Avenue, Apple Valley

--From the north/cities:

- Cedar/Hwy 77 to Palomino Dr exit
- At top of ramp, turn right (if you don't turn, you'll run into the church!)
- Take an immediate left on Pennock
- One more immediate left into parking lot

--From the south:

- Cedar Ave to Cty Rd 38 (Zoo exit)
- At top of ramp, go west on 38 (away from the Zoo)
- Turn right on Pennock (first set of lights)
- Go approx. 3/4 mile, Church is on the right (before Palomino)
