The Chameleon Theatre Circle's
2nd ANNUAL VARIETY SHOW FUNDRAISER

Here is a breakdown of what to expect if you're attending this weekend. If you can not attend, please read anyway for important donation opportunities.

WHEN:
- Saturday, October 20, 2001

TIME:
- 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

WHERE:
- Redwood Community Center, Apple Valley (see directions below)

DRESS:
- In the spirit of the season, door prizes will be given to anyone in costume.
- If you are not wearing a costume, Business Casual is the attire

FOOD:
- Appetizers and Deserts will be available

BEVERAGES:
- Soda and water will be provided

TABLES:
- Tables are reserved. If you pay at the door or reserve individual tickets, the theatre will assign your table to you.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- We have about two hours of songs and spoken-word pieces prepared for your enjoyment. The format is a bit more relaxed with an Emcee introducing each number.

SILENT AUCTION:
- Nearly 40 items will be available for you to "bid" on during the evening. Bidding begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. and continues until 2 minutes before the beginning of Act II.
- There will be everything from original artwork to a weekend of pet-sitting to a wooden chess set. So come prepared to bid.
- Checks, Cash, Visa and MasterCard will be accepted.
- You may pick up your winning bids at the conclusion of the evening (approximately 10:00 p.m.)

- We have already had quite a bit of interest from people who can not attend, but would still like to help with a monetary donation. Please send checks to the company:

- Names of the silent auction winners, table & half-table sponsors, and donations received by November 2, 2001 will be printed in our next newsletter. (Scheduled to be mailed November 5, 2001)

PERFORMERS:
- With the relaxed format, performers are encouraged to enjoy the food and beverages. Please also feel free to bid on Silent Auction Items.

DIRECTIONS:
- Redwood Community Center 311 County Road 42, Apple Valley

>From 35W going South:
Take the County Road 42 exit and go east. (turn left at the top of the exit)
The Redwood Center is located at the corner of County Rd 42 & Elm Dr.
Turn left onto Elm Drive to enter the parking lot.

>From 77/Cedar going South:
Turn right (west) at County Road 42.
The Redwood Center is located at the corner of County Rd 42 & Elm Dr.
Turn right to enter the parking lot.

RESERVATIONS:
- Tickets that are reserved receive a discounted price. At this time it looks like a very limited number of tickets will be available at the door so make your reservation as soon as possible
